Summer of Love Pendant

A
design I'm working up for the Taos town's celebration of the 40th
anniversary of Dennis Hopper's "Easy Rider." Hopper filmed here
in Taos, and the town is gearing up for a summer-long festival spanning
many of the museums and galleries. Taos has a long history of being
a mecca for artists and hippies. Made of a rifle casing I found
while hiking near the Rio Grande Gorge, seed beads, and a lampworked
spacer bead (stuffed into the bottom of the casing) This piece does
not come with a chain.

Beads, Swarovksi, Japanese seeds & Czech pressed glass Pendant.
Made
of copper wire that has been coiled into a graceful curve, then
woven with delica beads in Right Angle Weave (RAW). Fuschia is
a little brighter in person than it shows in this picture. I love
this color combo.
